We provide water treatment solutions including Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, borehole treatment, and purification services. Service descriptions on the website are indicative only. A binding agreement is created once we accept your order or quote.
Clients must provide safe site access and necessary utilities. Unforeseen conditions such as contamination, structural issues, or inaccessible areas may result in additional costs.
Workmanship and equipment warranties apply only if explicitly stated in the invoice or warranty certificate. All other warranties, express or implied, are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an agreement in writing. Cancellation fees may apply for ongoing work or materials already procured.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Kenyan courts, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
